French Mortgages
Sometimes we all need a helping hand to finance a project or to buy property with a French mortgage.
Buying a property in France – whether as part of a permanent move or for a second home – is a dream for many people. If you need a French Mortgage to fund your intended purchase – or maybe you are looking to remortgage – contact us and we will arrange for a personalised illustration.
With our French Mortgages, we can help turn your dreams into reality.
When considering taking out a Mortgage, you should ensure that you can afford the regular repayments and only borrow a capital sum that you can afford to repay. In all cases we will arrange for a personal illustration including the monthly repayments and total sum to be repaid including interest.
Personal Loans
When you need to carry out some unexpected maintenance or repairs on your property (perhaps the house needs a new roof or some electrical work) you may not always have the savings or the money spare to fund this. Or perhaps you are dreaming of a new kitchen or an extension to the house – and need some additional cash.
With our Personal Loans ranging from 3,000€ to 75,000€ and a selection of attractive and fixed rates you will be able to get the work done when you need it.
Personal Loans may be borrowed for a period between 12 – 84 months and the interest APR will vary according to the project and the sum borrowed regardless as to the amount.
Optional insurance is also available should you wish to protect your payments in the event of changes to your financial situation.
Our Personal Loans are provided on the basis that they will be repaid according to the Lender’s Terms and Conditions – full details are available upon request.

Personal Car Loans
If you need to buy a new vehicle then we can help you by providing the finance you need with a Personal Car Loan and the insurance too: all in one. This means that you could benefit from a reduction of up to 40% on your car insurance - plus a whole range of other advantages.
Our Personal Car Loan is offered at attractive rates and can be used to purchase a new or a used car under 7 years old of a value from €3,000 to €90,000.
Flexibility is important which is why we allow you to set the repayment term from 12 months to 84 months.
We also like to keep things as easy and simple as possible: therefore there are no administration fees and no down payment is required. You may also choose the direct debit date which works best for you. There are other benefits too, including an option to make an early repayment or to defer up to two monthly instalments subject to agreement with the Lender.
For those under the age of 65 years, optional insurance may also be taken to safeguard any repayments in the event of your death, inability to work or total or irreversible loss of independence.
